This fourth edition of the Emergency Communications National Exercise (ENCE in Spanish) changes the schedule, but not its purpose: to bring an opportunity to all those radio amateurs interested in practicing several useful operational skills.
The Exercise will be held next Saturday April 27, 20:00-21:00 UTC, open to international participation. In this occasion with special emphasis on 80m, specifically 3.760 KHz.

Ce week-end est destiné à rassembler sur l'air toutes les femmes radioamateurs du monde entier et bien sûr tous les OMs sont invités à participer.
L'Organisation Européenne des Radioamateurs (EURAO), et ses membres, préoccupés par le problème croissant de cartes QSL pas livrés à leurs destinataires par certains sociétés membres de l'IARU, ont lancé en 2010 leur propre Réseau du Services QSL avec la ferme volonté de mettre à disposition, si possible, à tous les radioamateurs de leurs cartes QSL, aucune autre condition que celle de couvrir le coût de l'expédition et de manipulation.
Pour faire ça, EURAO a commencé à coordonner les bureaux déjà gérés par ses membres, mais a également ouvert la possibilité à de nouveaux bureaux, gérés par des associations ou des particuliers, moyennant quelques conditions:
